In my quest to cook new and exciting dishes I often spent too much time and money looking for spice ingredients, often buying much more than I would ever need, only to have the unused spice deteriorate while taking up valuable space in my kitchen cabinets. I chatted with friends and found that this was indeed a universal problem.
So I along with my friend Sunny decided to create a business to address the needs of cooks like us who wanted, on occassion to create a dish or meal that was out of the ordinary.
Then we pondered why buy spice by weight when we actually use spice by volume.
Two to three teaspoon of fresh, great tasting, premium organic spices packaged in light and humidity resistant foil packets. Spend less and waste less.
